Your products will be subjected to an exhaustive examination before they will be properly packaged prior to being shipped. We ship to thousands of customers every day across multiple countries. Note: Orders that include more than one item are assigned a processing time according to the item.

Before shipping, our team will perform a thorough inspection on the items you purchased. Today, the majority orders will be delivered within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between three and seven days.

Returns

The inventory is always changing and we cannot completely manage it due to the fact that many parties are involved, including our factory and warehouse. The actual inventory may change at any moment. It is possible that your order may be out of stock when the order is placed.

Our policy runs for 30 days. If 30 days have gone in the past since you purchased however, we're unable to give an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a refund the product must be unopened and in the same state as when you received it. It must also still be in its original packaging.
