From the box: Here at Bigelow Tea our commitment to the environment is a top priority! Each of our facilities has a dedicated ‘Green’ tea focused on identifying ways to become more environmentally sensitive, from installing solar panels at our headequarters to enforcing company-wide composting and recycling programs. We were thrilled when our three manfuacturing facilities recenetly achieved ‘zero was to landfill’ status. We are also extremely proud of the fact that, in 2003, we purchased the CHaleston Tea Plantation in Wadmalaw Island, South Carolina. In doing so, we were able to preserve 127 acres of beautiful tea bushes.

Returns

The inventory is always changing and we cannot completely manage it due to the fact that many parties are involved, including our factory and warehouse. The actual inventory may change at any moment. It is possible that your order may be out of stock when the order is placed.

Our policy runs for 30 days. If 30 days have gone in the past since you purchased however, we're unable to give an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a refund the product must be unopened and in the same state as when you received it. It must also still be in its original packaging.
