Coconut flavoured syrup makes a great addition not only to Lattes and Mochas, but can also be added to alcoholic beverages. The coconut syrup is stable at cooking temperatures and can be added to a wide variety of baked goods, adding delicious flavouring with little effort.
We would not recommend trying to use this syrup in black coffee, or coffee with very little milk. The dairy is almost required to bring out the flavour of the coconut in coffee, which can easily overpower it.
Feedback from using the coconut syrup in recipes has been positive, just remember to adjust cooking time and the quantities of other ingredients.
